KU

Congratulations to Justin, he has been accepted to the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk Jayhawks go KU! He has been working hard on the admission process and he is very excited and we are very proud of him. He turns 18 on Tuesday and will start KU in the fall. YEAH!!!!

I hope all of our family can come for his graduation May 18th! Hope to see you there.

We had an ice storm this week, it was some pretty nasty stuff! Thank God we did not loose power. It flickered twice and I prayed hard for it to stay on. My mom and Wayne have been out of power since Tuesday morning and they say it might not be back on until the 22nd. The ironic thing of it all is how beautiful the ice was, but so destructive. Jordan was out of school for 2 days, and Justin was out of school for 3 days. The sun finally came out yesterday and today, but we are expected to get a snow storm tonight with 7 inches of snow! I am ready for summer. Happy Holidays.
